About Lea
Checkmark Projects was founded by Lea Wold after grinding for years as a Chief Operations Officer and Chief of Staff for multiple CEOs, studying ontology, and finally embracing her get-it-done ‘genius zone’.
Since the beginning of her career Lea has been the go-to person for every CEO she’s worked with. They trusted her with their most important projects because they knew it would get completed if she got her hands on it. She moves quickly and efficiently - good luck trying to keep up - she’s a project manager through and through. She can’t help herself. As soon as an idea is mentioned, she starts thinking through the steps and resources needed to get it done, and you’ll want her on your side doing that for you.
Lea built Checkmark Projects to allow herself to live in her “genius zone” more often than the corporate world allowed. She gets joy from helping business owners and executives prioritize their ideas, complete critical tasks, and carry projects over the finish line.
She has over 15 years of operations and execution experience that has led her to increased responsibility in every organization, and finally to become an entrepreneur.
